What happens when you delete your account?

• Your profile information (name, email, password) will be permanently removed.
• Your subscription records and purchase history will be deleted from our system.
• Your usage data (word counts, credits, translation history) will be erased.
• Any feedback you submitted will be removed.
• This action is irreversible — we cannot recover your data after deletion.

Important: Active Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription with Google Play or Apple App Store. To stop recurring charges, please cancel your subscription through:

• Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions → LANGO:D → Cancel
• iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → LANGO:D → Cancel

Delete Your Account

To proceed, enter the email and password you used to sign in to LANGO:D.

Data Retention

Upon deletion, all data is removed immediately from our active database. Backups containing your data may persist for up to 30 days before being automatically purged.
